Agreement
- By accepting these terms you agree to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method available via the site.
- You accept you are required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if you do not complete the Course.
- You accept you are required to complete the workshops associated with this program in order to be eligible for PAK certification exams and qualification
- You understand that support is often provided via our Social media Groups and having access to support requires you to potential join a group requiring social media access/accounts.
Enrollment
- Enrollment requires payment and successful completion of sign up, including an account set up
- Course duration is effective from the date of initial payment
- Any discount codes must be applied at check out to be applied
- Course fees are non-transferable to other students.
- Course material is available to only the PAID and Registered user only and cannot be shared with any other person. Doing so will result in removal of your access and no refund of your fees.
Course Materials, Access and Assessment
- Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and cannot be downloaded.
- The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Integrative Neuroimmunology and it's associated partners. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent
- Course materials, course content and assessment are subject to change
- Independent research beyond the online course materials may be required to complete the assessment.
- Access may be suspended after six (6) months of inactivity
Course Withdrawal and Refunds
Integrative Neuroimmunology complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enroll into. If there are extenuating circumstances please contact us and we will decide if we are able to provide you with a partial refund.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
We will only disclose information that we have about you:
- to the extent specifically required by law; or
- for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
- information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.
We may use your details to provide you with information we deem relevant to you or information we believe you may be interested in.
Student Requirements
Students are required to:
- Ensure that all the information provided is accurate;
- Notify us of any contact changes (email, telephone, address etc.);
- Advise us of any difficulties or problems they may have accessing content
- NOT submit or claim as their own, work derived from other source or work completed by another person. Students found plagiarizing material will have their enrollment in the unit immediately cancelled without refund. Re-enrollment into the unit will be required – charges will apply.
- In your interaction with our team or fellow students you agree to conduct yourself civilly and respectfully at all times.
